one more minor tip on the cylinder head removal - very rarely does the cover come off without a little 'urging'. i use the rubber insulated end (handles) of some needle-nose pliers to pry the head off. got to be careful of the fins on the jug - don't need alot of force, mebbe just a bit of a tap all way around the cover to loosen it up a bit. have fun guys! t..
